1. Subject

24ERA ETP (the Operator) offers services for taking part in auctions and listing lots on the 24era-etp.com platform. Payment for a service constitutes acceptance of this offer.

2. Services and prices

Current prices are shown on the relevant Platform pages and in the user's account. Prices are stated in AMD. The price in force at the moment of payment applies.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer under an invoice generated on the Platform. The service is provided once payment is received.

4. Refunds

Payment for a service that has not been provided is refunded on request within 10 business days.
